Simpson Strong-Tie acquires Bierbach

SIMPSON STRONG-TIE® GmbH, a subsidiary of Simpson Manufacturing Co., Inc. (NYSE: SSD), has acquired certain assets of Bierbach Befestigungstechnik GmbH & Co. KG. Bierbach is a family-run company, founded in 1855 in northwest Germany, and specializes in the production of fastening technology for both professional and the do-it-yourself end-markets. EC Mergers & Acquisitions acted as exclusive financial advisor to Simpson.
