Parasense is sold to Bacharach

Parasense, an industry leader in the development, manufacture and support of refrigeration detection and monitoring equipment for the food retail and military segments of the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning markets, has been acquired by Bacharach, Inc., a leading global manufacturer of refrigerant gas leak detection and monitoring instruments, and combustion and emissions analyzers, serving the HVAC-R industry.

Located in Quedgeley, England, the Parasense manufacturing and design operations are under the direction of Dan Radford, Managing Director and include sales and support resources for their European and export customer base. In North America, Parasense supports their market position with distribution, assembly, service, sales and training in its Stanardsville, Virginia facility under the direction of Michelle Collier, Chief Operations Officer. The combined leadership of Michelle and Dan, along with their staff, brings over 30 years of industry experience to the Bacharach team.
