Nova Instruments acquires Phoenix Inspection Systems

Nova Instruments LLC announced the acquisition of Phoenix ISL, based in Warrington, England. Phoenix Inspection Systems is a leading world-wide supplier of ultrasonic non-destructive testing (NDT) equipment, providing to the market a vast line of products ranging from conventional transducers and wedges to state-of-the-art automated scanning systems used for the inspection of critical components. Phoenix ISL has gained in its 30+ year history a breadth of application knowledge mainly within the nuclear and power generation, petrochemical, aerospace and transportation industries.
