Simpson Strong-Tie has sold the LIEBIG brand and assets to Sormat Group

Simpson Strong-Tie International Inc., a subsidiary of Simpson Manufacturing Co., Inc. (NYSE: SSD), has sold the LIEBIG brand and assets to Sormat Group (Finland). LIEBIG is a worldwide known brand of undercut anchors for exceptionally high loads in cracked and non-cracked concrete. EC Mergers & Acquisitions acted as exclusive financial advisor to Simpson on this transaction.
