Harvard Bioscience, Inc. (Nasdaq: HBIO) has sold its subsidiary, AHN Biotechnologie GmbH, to Capp ApS. Based in Nordhausen, Germany, AHN Biotechnologie specializes in the development, manufacturing and distribution of liquid handling products for the use in laboratories worldwide.
